Prom Dress Spinner

Flashabou skirted bucktails exploded onto the muskie fishing scene two decades ago in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Musky Mayhem Tackle headquartered out of Minnesota revolutionized in-line bucktails with the famous line up of Cowgirl and Double Cowgirls. Since coho or silver salmon absolutely love flashy streamers (e.g. flash flies), Musky Mike Flies wanted to release the ultimate hybrid of a fly and lure into one unique salmon spinner. The Prom Dress Spinner is tied onto .051" wire, contains a single #1/0 2X strong Gamakatsu treble hook (hooks situated inside 80-pound split ring), and features two sets of prom dress skirts. The skirts are composed of holographic flashabou tied in front of a dubbing ball. Dubbing ball assists with allowing the flashabou skirt to maximize movement. Located in front of the flash is two collars of marabou with thread wraps reinforced two applications of thick high viscosity UV resin from JDiction. French magnum #6 blades and lure body are custom painted and clear coated with KBS Diamond Clear.  A 1/2-ounce lure body up front results in overall weight of the spinner at 3/4 ounce. This is one of the most advances salmon spinners ever designed by Musky Mike Flies. 
 
Note: Treble hooks are legal for saltwater salmon in Alaska and in most Great Lakes salmon fisheries. Consult a region's regulations for additional information. An additional #2/0 straight eye octopus hook will be provided. Both hooks interchangeable with provided 80-pound split ring.
